World War Bullets

Article about: I dug 4 types of bullets all within one yard of each other at the same depth. I found them next to Cherry Point Marine Corp Base in NC. Any help identifing them would be great. Large Bullet-

    Default World War Bullets

    I dug 4 types of bullets all within one yard of each other at the same depth. I found them next to Cherry Point Marine Corp Base in NC. Any help identifing them would be great.

    Large Bullet- 22mm long, 9mm wide, has 4 horizontal lines and is the heaviest .
    2nd Largest Bullet, 5 total,- 16 or 17mm long, 11mm wide, has a deeper bottom.
    3rd Largest Bullet- 15mm long, 9mm wide, has hundreds of little vertical lines going all around the bullet at the bottom
    smallest bullet- appears to be just a ball. one side has some damage. 13mm round ball.World War Bullets

    Would look like you've got a .30cal, a bunch of 45 cals and perhaps an M1 carbine bullet. However, I can only work in old money, not these new fangled millimetre-thingy-ma-bobs.
