These are faked to a very high degree, one of the best currently doing the rounds, as it's a pretty rare and desirable badge. Having said that, although the details in the photo's are a bit sparse, this one looks like it's a good semi hollow "High Maker Mark" type 2.2.4 to me.

as already pointed out by Ned this is a rather attractive and genuine Hymmen badge in my opinion.
It would make a great addition to any collection.
