To me this a a "one look" fake
The most srtiking / obvious points are the reverse of the tank which is a "mirror" of the obverse and the attachment to the wreath with bent wire pins. I have never seen either on wartime examples. The bent wire pins are really not what I would expect to see on any German made award even post-war.
Also, it's not really visible but the catch looks very post-war.
What is the asking price? That should give a real indication tooif it is suspiciously cheap.
I doubt this would even be wanted by a re-enactor given current standards in that part of the hobby!
