These badges often appear with a ball hinge which Aurich never used. This one has a more accurate representation of an Aurich hinge but as Paul says, it's a known fake.

This particular fake of a panzer badge by Hermann Aurich catches out a lot of people. Main tells are the flat back the eagles head & the copious amount of material where the Swaz touches the top of the tank turret. Ralph has a nice original here abouts. Compare with that one. Regards Paul
