I had an opportunity to add this very nice example to my collection recently.
A lot of the polished "chrome" like finish still remains, but alas, some has been absorbed by the metal.
This variant bears the same reverse hardware as the Juncker examples, as well as the "unknown maker, Juncker set up".
It appears I am going to have to build another frame for PAB's, as this one is now full as well.
Also, a photo with it's bronze brother.
    Ralph.

Lovely example Ralph. Congrats on adding it to your collection. Despite the small loss of finish you noted, it is still extremely good for a "zincer".

    Thanks Todd!
I'm not going to call it rare but, I don't see the silver examples near as often as the bronze one.
This is believed to be one of the earliest zinc variants.

Agree. I have a couple different S&L variants. Don't believe I have one with the Juncker-like hardware.

One of them is shown in this thread: Newly arrived badges.

Don't mean to intrude on your thread, but here is my other. Thought I had shared it here, but could not find any old thread with it.

    Ralph,

Another wonderful addition! Love the finish that still remains.

    Cheers,
