Polish Airforce Sidecap?

Hi guys, I just dug this out and I'm wondering what it is exactly. I'm confident it's Polish Airforce but what period? Forgive the rubbish pics I am at work and only have a scanner. Inside it is marked '05 92r.'. Also 61 which is the size I'm guessing.

Hi KradSpam, yes, a Polish Air Force wedge cap, dated May 1992.
