Polish Prison Camp decoration?

Sorry if I have this in the wrong part of the forum. I'm not sure what this is. I am guessing that it is a modern decoration for Polish Concentration Camp survivors?
I'm just guessing over here.

I thought maybe Polish becasue of the crown. That got me thinking about camps through Poland...
