Igor, I would guess that 1960's - 70's is about right for this example. This cross appears OK, but it is not an area I collect in so my opinion has little value. The PRL era is not yet subject to the extent of rampant counterfeiting activity as pre-war and exile, but as interest grows it's only a matter of time.

I know about little value, but was only 229 crosses and for me - this cross for WW2 soldier ( not Order 1st class for Brezsnev )

I'm not sure about value , but in socialist Poland ( 1943-1987 ) was
4871 Orders VM V klass and only 229 crosses IV klass
( from Stela's book )
For me - good Order
VM 5 klasy awarded to Capt. Mazur Zygmunt in 1965
