    Default 1939 special and odd German visa...

    Hi,

    This item just landed into my hands and I have never seen such a GRATIS issued visa before.
    The pre-stamped visa has already the year for 1939, and I am not sure if this was the first time it was issued, for what reason OR every year they had them...any ideas?
