Can anyone tell from these Arbeitsbuch pics what occupation the owner had please?

Basically, he was a farmhand.

His occupations are listed as Landwirtschaftlicher Gehilfe (= "agricultural helper"), Landwirtschaftlicher Arbeiter ("agricultural worker/laborer") and once just as Arbeiter ("worker"/"laborer")

The entries on his qualifications state that he had agricultural knowledge, no specialized training*, and a class 2 driver's license.

*) although he may have had completed job training, that would be further up on that page under a)
