BDM/HJ document order translation

I would really really appreciate it if somebody could translate this document for me. I think it is some kind of order about the BDM or HJ.

It's basically a request from the local BdM leadership concerning youth attendance for a visit/speech by Reichsminister Albert Speer...

"To all factory leaders with the request for dissemination to all factory foremen, youth factory wardens or factory youth wardens (female)!

The Reich Roll Call scheduled for the 11th of October 1943 of working youth is henceforward definitively postponed to Monday, 18 October 1943 at the time of 5:15 to 5:45 PM. Reichsminister Speer will be speaking.

I request that the factory leaders take responsibility for a community reception of the entire working youth of the factories."

Don't mind if I do. It says...:

"Obmann mitget. [= mitgeteilt], der alles weitere veranlasst."

...meaning:

"Communicated to the Obmann, who will take care of everything else."

Obmann means representative, chairman, umpire or third arbitrator. In this particular context, it is a certain functionary of the DAF; see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Betriebsobmann
