Hello,
you are partially right - it states "Adolf Hitler Str. [Straße = Street] 154". Unfortunately, I am not able to decipher the name of the town. The letter is probably addressed to a woman as the recipient's first name looks to me like "Gisele".
As Pavel said, the address is Adolf-Hitler-Str. 154. The city is Wuppertal, and the recipient's name is Gisela Wilmes.
Thanks HPL2008. I thought the two letters were a "z", but a town
like that did not exist in my opinion. Checking the Sütterlin from
about 1900 it indeed looks as a "p"!
