Can you identify these two SS personnel??

I hope this is the right place to post this specific question. I'm looking to find out more about the two men at the front of this parade... any ideas who they are?

Here are two close ups (sorry for the quality) showing two different angles, if this helps at all

I would suggest trying to get a clearer image of the SS standard that is just behind them. These would have the name of the unit below the pole top eagle.

As I haven't got access to a scanner I'm trying my best with the images I have for now.

The shape of the word is evident in these close ups, with the most obvious being the dots/circles at each end, as in (.BerlinIV.)
Although I can't read each letter the first appears to be a 'B' or 'P' or 'H' and the end of the word seems to end with a 'g' or 'y'.

Any thoughts guys?

If this photograph is early 30s or so, it wouldn't have been 'Hamburg' but maybe 'Harburg'.
Harburg-Wilhelmsburg was commanded by Freiderich Jeckeln at this time and here is an image of him.

Under magnification it is most certainly ". Hamburg."

Here is another photograph of the event from the same source and the Hamburg banner is apparent under magnifying glass here also. Just looking into this standarte now to learn more.

I've managed some better images showing more detail, still taken using the camera phone so not perfect but it's better than nothing. Need to get a scanner to show the true quality.
'Hamburg' and 'Deutschland erwache' now more visible.
Just looking to narrow down the men in question.
