Default Death Notice Translation Help - Albert Sigrüner

    Hi guys

Can anybody help me translating this Death Card? I have established the basics:

He was in an Infantry Regiment (unsure of rank?) and was awarded an EK2 (and another award I couldn't work out? - 'des Berw. Abzeichens')

He died on 24 September 1943 though I can't quite decipher where aside from it being in the East (possibly 'Borrisow' but cannot find this online).

I think he was 35 at the time of his death.

Can anybody help me fill in any of the gaps or anything else I'm missing? I presume we can't find out the specific regiment/unit either?

    Cheers!
    Tom

He was born in Töging am Inn in Bavaria. He was a Gefreiter in “an Infantry Regiment” and was awarded the EK2 and the Verwundeten Abzeichen. He died at the age of 35 from a severe wound in heavy fighting near Borissow, also spelled as Borisow, or Borisov, now Barysaw in the Minsk region in Belarus.

The VDK database can only supply the following:
Gefreiter Albert Sigrüner, hometown listed as Töging
Death date 24.09.1943 at Kriegslazerett 4/626 mot. So he was evacuated to a medical facility after being wounded. Listed in the memorial registry at Berjosa, Belarus. His remains were not able to be identified and therefore there is no grave stone.

This is what it says in German:

    Gebets-Andenken
