He was born in Töging am Inn in Bavaria. He was a Gefreiter in “an Infantry Regiment” and was awarded the EK2 and the Verwundeten Abzeichen. He died at the age of 35 from a severe wound in heavy fighting near Borissow, also spelled as Borisow, or Borisov, now Barysaw in the Minsk region in Belarus.

The VDK database can only supply the following:
Gefreiter Albert Sigrüner, hometown listed as Töging
Death date 24.09.1943 at Kriegslazerett 4/626 mot. So he was evacuated to a medical facility after being wounded. Listed in the memorial registry at Berjosa, Belarus. His remains were not able to be identified and therefore there is no grave stone.

This is what it says in German:
Gebets-Andenken
