Hello,

Some hep with the handwriting if possible, in the red circles...

On both sides, it says:

"Auf Karte nur mit Karte, auf Brief nur mit Brief antworten!" = "Reply to postcard only by postcard, to letter only by letter".

(However, the full text is only on the reverse, it breaks off after "auf Brief" on the obverse.)
