He is a Leutnant (Lieutenant) in the Luftwaffe and is wearing what looks like Luftwaffe summer tunic.
I may be wrong, but I’d say the writing is postwar and has spelling mistakes.

His name looks like Franz and his second name could be Wohgarth (but not 100% sure), his rank is Unteroffizier (Corporal). It’s hard to judge what branch of the Luftwaffe he was in, but to me his collar tabs look yellow. If this is the case, he would be either flight crew or airborne.

A nice set of images. A quick search appears to confirm that neither Reinhard nor Franz were listed as casualties. For some of us the written information on the pictures is as special as the images themselves.
