    Don't know about them acting up as i cricked my neck trying to look !! Any chance of posting them the right way up ?

    The caption says: "Tag der Wehrmacht 39" = "Armed Forces Day '39". They are not so much acting up as demonstrating motorcycle acrobatics at a public event. Such displays by police and military motorcycle units were popular in the day.
