Handy pocker German exchange card.
Here is one of those quirky little Occupation items from the Island of Jersey. Headed up as a Handy pocket German exchange card, these were invaluable for those trying to work out money on an Island where there were 2 currencies working side by side. With an exchange rate of 9.36 Reichmarks to the £1..... much in the favour of the German Occupiers as you would expect. Printed locally at the Five Oaks Press. A simple little piece that aided day to day life on the Occupied Island of Jersey.
