As the title says, I need your help in order to authenticate a couple of documents which I've stumbled upon. I found them for suspiciously cheap, so naturally I feel that there is a fair chance that the documents are forgeries, even though the seller claims they are original from the era.
Document 1:
It seems to be some sort of a death notice which was issued by the KriPo for a Jewish man in Lwow ghetto whose wife died in Auschwitz in 1942. The seller wants 50$ for this.
Document 2:
Now this document seems a little more fishy. This document supposedly bears the signature of the kommandant of KZ Gross-Rosen Arthur Roedel. The seller wants 67$ for this.
What do you think? Is this the real deal?
