Help with writing and photo ID if possible

Hi,

I'm looking for any help and information on this pictures. One looks like a soup line, there's nothing written on back.

The photo of the man sitting at the table with Adolf picture has the writing on its backside. I haven't had any luck trying to interpurt. Nor do I know who the man is.

The last with the 3 officers is on a hard card stock.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The three men in the first picture are army officers. All three are still wearing the Reichswehr-model service tunic.

The uniformed men in the foreground of the second one are political leaders of the NSDAP with pre-1939 type insignia.

The handwriting on the reverse side of the last photo says:

"von Josef seinem 25 jährigen
so schön hatten sie geschmückt
für ihn an der Bahn"

[= "on Josef's 25th anniversary
they decorated so nicely
for him at the railways"]

Yes he did and big thank you. Apologies for the delay, just catching up on things after a long day with the he kids.
It's interesting when you look at photo like Josef's 25th, expecting it be something more than a celebration for his time working. Anyway they're all great pictures and now I'll add a paper with the translation and tuck it behind it.
