The J in the Reisepass means the holders were Jewish, but I can’t help with authenticity because I don’t collect these.
Ideally you need take some clear, close up and focused photos of each page you need help with,
Here are a couple of threads about these,

I did a search on ancestry and there is a World War Two ‘alien’ internees record for Ernst Robert Drechsler. I don’t have an ancestry account unfortunately so I can’t look at the records.
Alien internee means - During the First and Second World Wars both sides set up internment camps to hold enemy aliens – civilians who were believed to be a potential threat and have sympathy with the enemy's war objectives. Internees were treated differently to prisoners of war and were given more privileges.
So it would make sense that as someone from Austria he would have been treated in this way, even if he was Jewish.
I also found - Drechsler, Ernst Robert; Austria; Hairdresser; 11 Kendrick Road, Reading, Berkshire. 8 November, 1947.

Andy, I can’t tell if it says Israel on the guys passport 1-1-39 Israel was to be in the name on the passport and Sara was to be on the females , now naturally If it was issued before 1-1-39 it wouldn’t of been on there , and from what I see this shows his was issued after 1-1.

Holocaust museums might be interested in such a collection, I’d consider contacting some of them first. But most military auction houses will sell such items, the stars are highly collectable and widely faked.

Page 9 - It looks like she was granted a work visa dated 27h July 1939 (Id imagine this was issued by the British Embassy in Vienna) for ‘domestic employment’ in a private household, maybe employed as something like a maid. She arrived at immigration control in Dover, England on the 22nd of August 1939.
