It's by Hans Böhme (1905 -1982), a well-known artist from Rothenburg. Sorry; I don't know about the symbol.

Thank you very much ! It is very interesting as the one I have is an original done in ink and not a reproduction.
I will do some research regarding his work as it seems extensive.

It was part of work done by Propaganda Kompanie 637 (PK), part of the 6th Army of von Paulus
