Konteradmiral z.V. Wilhelm Rümann, Commandant in Section Helgoland (04 September 1939-09 February 1941), on the island of Helgoland in 1940. It's interesting that Rümann was also a member of the SS. He held the rank of SS-Oberführer and served in the staff of the Reichsfhürer-SS before the outbreak of WW2.
