does anyone know what kind of Mein Kampf is it, and the approx. price?

I believe this is an edition printed to commemorate the 50th birthday of Adolf Hitler in 1939. (50. Geburtstage des Führers und Reichskanzlers Adolf Hitler). There are a couple of different versions of this one, with different coloured covers. Not sure what the significance of that is.

As for pricing, valuation is against forum rules. I can only suggest you look up similar editions online and see what they sell for, then work out a value based on that.
