Hello, I just got this photo taken by Karl Meyer. On the back of the photo is this stamped text: Karl Meyer, Spezial-photograph Wien, VI. Theobalg 15?, Ferrnuf: B 29-2-22.
If I understand correctly, he was a famous photographer, he took many pictures of the 3rd Reich.
Can someone help me on the bottom line, who are the senior officers?
Can it be a unique photo or a mass item?

Hello Will, thank you very much for your intention to help, but I already posted this photo here last time, but the member named "Kriegsmarine Admiral" wrote to the photo: "Hello, it seems to be a unique photo. I certainly never saw it before.
However, there are no admirals in this photo. I also don't recognize anyone. Sorry."

That's why I put them here, separately in case someone recognizes them.
