I've found this, and the seller is guaranteeing me that this paper is true. Sadly, the only piece I can see is this (not too big, and in a low resolution).

What do you think? Can it be an original or the paper, the printing, etc, it's not what it should?

I think this is the 25 point political manifesto of the NSDAP.

The 25 Points was a political manifesto issued by the National Socialist German Workers’ Party (NSDAP). It was proclaimed in February 24th 1920 by Adolf Hitler at the first large Party gathering in Munich. The Nazi hierarchy frequently referred to the 25 Points as an “unalterable expression” of the party’s political philosophy:

I would ask for better photos, because often sellers who refuse to provide these have something to hide.

Yes, it's should exactly be a copy of the 25 points program, introduced by H on 24 February 1920.

Excluding the fact I can't obtain more details about it (as you wrote, not a good hint), I have some serious doubts coming from four elements:

- the paper: so uniform in colour and in its agglomerate;
- the ink: swastikas would seem not uniformly stamped (is this the result of a poor quality (cheap) stamp of the time, or a bad imitation of an old printing?
- the edge of the paper: so uniform, not cut or bent at all;
- that strange bend in the vertical center of the page, that would seem having been bended just "once", in 101 years.

I'm not a paper expert, but I own some paper artifacts of the first decades of the XX centuries and they almost all look "older". Excluding of curse those ones made of a higher quality paper. But I don't think a leaflet should be printed in a high quality paper, especially at the beginning of the political life of a young organization.

The elements you bring up are concerning for sure.

These would have been mass produced, so I would imagine that printing quality would vary.
