Photo of KC winner...does any one know how this is.or it says on the photo...thanks

Hard to read. Not sure about the name of the person it is dedicated to and the signature, but otherwise, it says:

"Unsere Ehre heißt Treue!
Meinem lieben [...]
zur Erinnerung
an den Einsatz im Osten im
Herbst 1942

[signed] Hauptm. u. Btl. Fhr. [= Hauptmann und Bataillonsführer]

...meaning:

"Our honor is loyalty!
To my dear [...]
as a memory
of service in the East in
the autumn of 1942

[signed] Hauptmann and acting battalion commander"

The man on the right is General Eugen Meindl; I don't recognize the other one.
