Photo - Mutterkreuz in wear
Just received this photo of a Mutterkreuzträger. My first photo of the Mother's Cross being worn.
It appears to be in the form of a post card.
I tried both scanning and photographing, and neither really does it justice. It is better in hand than on the screen.

Thank you, gentlemen. I cannot tell if the award is gold or silver, but am thinking more like silver to me, and I have an award document for a silver, so this will fit nicely.

I've seen this particular photo before-I Believe that the woman in it was awarded the Gold cross by Hitler himself for having a small herd of children.

I love those postcard photos and I have a mothers cross in gold, I would have definatly bought this if had been in line before you! nice find!
