Please Help ID this $ note

My friend gave me this the other day. I know it has russian writing but it also has swastikas on both sides. On the eagle on one side and under the '250' on the other side. Thanks for your input.

its a Soviet Union Russian 250 Rouble note, the swastika was a symbol of a different meaning before hitler took it up, the Two headed eagle was a symbol of Russia

Surely not. That is a money of provisional Government which was formed by Alexander Kerensky. The swastika is just the part of design
An eagle with 2 heads is positionned at these Kernskyroubles, similar to the Czar-eagle, apart from the fact that the scutcheon and crown were taken away in the design.

not occupation money. the date is 1917, a year after the revolution. the Nazi party won't be created for another 4-5 years
