As Justin has said it's impossible to make any judgement without photos of the document

Follow the link to some Nordland promotion documents and compare the wording etc with yours.

There is more than one red flag, it is not something that i would feel comfortable

Re: promotion document for 1./ss-Leibstandarte?
I don't like it , the stamp is unreadable and i can't make out what it says , the doc refers to 1 . SS Leibstandarte which looks like an Infanterie Kompanie but at signature which doiesn't seem to have any flow to it it refers to 1 SS Art Stand which is Artillierie !!
If it was offered to me i'd walk away i'm afraid,
regards
Paul

Re: promotion document for 1./ss-Leibstandarte?
The promotion document was also an important piece of a soldiers life which it was usually done on a formal type of document even in the field not what appears to be a spare scrap of paper
