Can anyone tell who's signature is under Uncle Adolf's? Don't see many promotion documents to Oberstleutnant!

Very interesting document. I decided to look into some things and it looks to be signed by Generalfeldmarschall Wilhelm Keitel. You can see the exact same signature on the Wiki page. Hanged at Nuremburg after the war.

On the Volksbund, there is one Oberstleutnant Wilhelm Tünnerhoff born 19.11.1890 and fallen 13.6.1944 which could possibly be him. Unknown where he was born or died but now buried at Costernamo in Italy.
