    I've had this since the late 1990's and was hoping for some information on it. It is roughly 15 3/4" X 11 3/4" and the photo is adhered to the cardboard/paper artwork.

    Paul, it's a family memorial, which means it was paid for by the family and was probably sent to family members and friends. The man's name is Ergon Nesper, born on 15 August 1922 and killed in France on 8 August 1944. At the bottom is says Rest Softly, the same as R.I.P in English. One of the other members will have to tell you what his camo uniform denotes. Dwight
