Wait for others to have a look, but personally I would not want this item. The signature doesn't look right and I would be surprised if the RF SS Himmler would sign a document so poorly typed.

I can't say anything about the document but the signature is stamped and not hand signed. You tend to see stuff like this in frames so it stops being able to scrutinise it properly.

The signature looks strange, it looks like a stamp, however the stamp also looks bad, it would seem that both things were printed.
