All I can translate is the recipient being Willi Mund. Can't make out the sender, as the pictures do not enlarge. Although I can read German, old fashioned handwriting does unfortunately elude me.
It's a shame Andreas is no longer active on the forum. His mastery of Sutterlin was unrivaled.

German or Polish? Maybe Czech? A girlfriend I would think wishing him well
