SS letter can anyone help? Read sender? Receiver? Letter contents? Note no inspection stamp because it was going to someone in service?

All I can translate is the recipient being Willi Mund. Can't make out the sender, as the pictures do not enlarge. Although I can read German, old fashioned handwriting does unfortunately elude me.

The letter was sent from Clausthal-Zellerfeld, but the photo with sender's name is in low resolution, so it's very difficult to recognize it.
