Stamp before 1945?

Hello.
Please, can anyone recognize the city name?
The stamp reads "Siegel der Stadt ...." "Seal of the City ...."
Does anyone know whether such a stamp was used before or 1945.
The stamp is on a armband.

City seals were in existence far before the TR period and still used today having evolved. Might be worth sharing pictures of the entire item to place this in context.

You're right,I have not other foto, it's not my armband, I wanted to help a collector friend.
