There are some guys here that collect paper items. Hopefully they will be around. But I do not see any real aging to this. There were not printed to last and typically you see cracks, tears, and foxing. Nothing I see here.
There was a thread a few years back on an example like this. See if you can find it and compare.
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated
My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them
"Don't tell me these are investments if you never intend to sell anything" (Quote: Wife)
A document such as this should not be touched with bare hands. Just my two cents !
I'd rather be A "RaD Man than a Mad Man "
You will need a lose closer, more detailed photos. Not a fan of it already, size, quality and ageing.

Agree. The dimensions appear to me to be too small.
Quite right. Here are the guide lines provided by the 'National Archive' here in the UK. Touching is not forbidden unless handling photographs or parchment which is animal skin and does not absorb ink as paper does.
Everyone visiting The National Archives has a responsibility to preserve the documents in our care.
There are some general practices that should be followed by everyone:
Wash your hands before you start working and avoid using hand cream.
Do not lick your fingers when turning pages.
Avoid leaning on or touching the document, use a paper marker to follow the text.
Use cotton gloves when handling photographs, and hold them by the edges.
