    It is radio related (Short wave) for sure, the application is unknown to me.. Try to translate the words using translator for a better understanding, Deutsche Kurzwellen= German Shortwave.. G

    It is known as a QSL card - which is a record of a contact established with a fellow radio amateur. The receiving station would also send a card which records the power used, strength of received signal, level of noise, and so on. I am a radio amateur myself, although I no longer bother with QSL cards. Card sent from D4BLC to D4BDR... my own callsign is M0CRN.
