Winter camo helmets in wear, preferably Narva -- anyone?
I'm looking for a good clear image of winter camo helmet(s) (German) in wear --- been looking online etc. but feel I haven't found the right one just yet. A good photo showing this from Narva would be ideal as the helmet I'd display it along with is a m35 double decal winter camo relic dug just there.
Hope someone can help me out

HI mate, there are three in this thread for my helmet. You will want to cut my helmet out of the pictures though if you use them in your display.

Thanks, KradSpam! Those look like they might be bundesarchiv shots, you wouldn't happen to have untouched versions? Great helmet btw, my goal is to get a Norway found one like that --- my relic example will have to do for now though!
All other contributions welcomed --- it would be for my private display so I wouldn't be posting/sharing it elsewhere.

I think they are bundesarchiv, I don't have the untouched shots I'm afraid. If you put in narva, stalingrad, winter etc as search terms at their website you should find some. Play around with word combinations.
Edit: "Schnee Soldat" comes up with some nice ones (snow soldier)

Some good ones there indeed, thank again! Any idea how to get a hold of better resolution versions without watermarks? Do they sell hq downloads at all?

There are numerous good shots of White Camo lids in wear at Narva , the Panzer Gruppe Strachwitz book has quite a few.

Thanks for the tip, Paul!
Anyone with good photos of winter camo helmets in wear, please, feel free to post -- it doesn't have to be from Narva, really.

Thanks, Kevin! Although I'm really after an "action"/in the field type shot that is definitely a neat view of winter camo'd helmets in wear!
Bumping a question a I posed earlier on here; does the bundesarchiv license/sell digital hi resolution versions of their images to private parties?

Andy, The helmet in that thread is a "top shelfer" in any collection, and the photos of it superimposed on period photos were fantastic! Jim G.
