These are the pieces for a Militär Beamte, or Military Official (Non Military) Helmet, for example, a Pharmacist, Vet, Doctor or Paymaster. These helmets are very hard to ID as one exact thing, as there is almost no original reference materials on them, however, if you wish to find more out, you may be able to find a decent thread over on the Pickelhaubes.com Forum.
