I bought this helmet today at a flea market for 25 euro's
the seller had nothing else of the great war and ww2,only this helmet
my knowledge from ww1 stuff is not so great
what do you guys think? is he real or replica??

Looks good to me and has some real nice patina you got a steal at 25 euro this shows there are still deals to be had out there great find
I would say you got the deal of the year, alittle bit of tender love and care and this one will spiff up really nice!

With some tending and care to the leather and the metal, i'm thinking around 600-700$ maybe. I might be wrong though.

From what I have seen on websites and at shows I would say about 400 as it stands, 600 if its fixed up and looking pretty, even more if it was named and had clear unit markings and dates et etc, these are the most common and affordable Pickelhaubs around for us budget minded collectors.

Excellent display maximus with a little bit of clean up ricardo that spike helmet you have could look real nice all depends on what you want if you are a collector who leaving things as is that is up to you looks good regardless
that is a good deal.
