Need help with a Polish Eagle Pin ID

Possibly WWII but looks earlier. It has a small crown on the head. Pin is missing from the back but it has the c clasp.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Although red eagles do show up in some pre-war insignia, I do not think this one is Polish. Sorry that I cannot offer any more help.
