Polish military shirt?

I would like to ask for your help with this shirt. It belongs to a friend of mine and he would like to know what kind of shirt is it. According to the seller - who sold the shirt to him about 8-10 years ago - its a polish shirt from the period of WW2.

Its a British WW2 collarless shirt, this type would have been issued to the free Polish forces
