Polish Ring 1939

Hi,

I am trying to identify this ring that came from Poland. It has 1939 on it and hearts and crosses. It is small size. If anyone recognises it and has any info that would be great. Apologies for fuzziness of some pics.

I doubt it's a ring with any military connection. It's probably just a post war comemorative item marking this obviously significant year in Poland's (and the world's) history. Sorry that cannot offer you any real solid info.
