1921 ORDER OF SILESIA GRAND CROSS SET One of the rarest Polish decorations estsblished by the Upper Silesian Military Authority and awarded to high ranking officers.foreigners and Diplomats who made outstanding contributions to the victory of the Silesian uprising in returning the Silesian region to Poland from Germany.
The Grand Cross was worn on a Pale Blue and White Neck Cravat with Large Star for formal wear. A smaller Star was worn on uniforms and civilian attire. The Badge was made by Wabia Wabinski and the Star(s) by unknown maker. Extremely rare original, especially in this condition. Badge with swords was awarded to Military, without swords to civilians.
Badge is Numbered “12” and hallmarked to maker. Neck Cravat not included.
