Prewar Polish Policemans (EM version) Prison Guard, Dog Handler's cap, 100% original prewar, please ?

Hello,

Is this a Prewar Polish Policemans (EM version) Prison Guard, Dog Handler's or Forestry cap, 100% original prewar (dating from the 1920 or 1930s, maybe a Wz.36), please ?

It is a Prewar Police Blue cap design used by the Police and maybe state employees in general (apart from maybe a short visor) and has a Green band and piping with crowned Eagle buttons, could a fellow collector tell me what the Green band and piping means as I have only seen it before on Prewar Forestry uniforms and I thought that they wore a Khaki uniform, please ?

Could it be an early postwar pattern of a extremely similar or identical design from the Prewar years, please ?
