Many thanks Krakow1, I'm afraid I don't, I'm just compiling an awards list (although I would love to own it).
Kind regards,
Sandro

Hello Everyone,
A couple of Legitymacja's that I found whilst surfing the net :
Awarded to Kan. (later Bomb.) Stanisław Jamry
Born on the 14th February 1899 the son of Jan and Franciszka, he joined the Greater Poland Army on the 14th January 1919 and took part in the Greater Poland Uprising, later fighting in the Polish-Soviet war. During the fighting near Maków he distinguished himself and was recommended and awarded the Silver Cross Virtuti Militari Numbered : 2902, whilst serving in the 2nd Battery of the 23DAC.
In September 1939 Poles from the villages of Mierucin, Wąweln and Skoraczewo where arrested by the german's and taken to the Słupówko Forest and shot they included Stanisław Jamry.
In November 1945 the bodies were exhumed and his wife Agnieszka recognised various personal items that were found on his body.
Virtuti Militari Legitymacja awarded to Kapral Wincenty Krzykowski of the 11PUL also awarded the KW.
Best wishes
Andrzej

Hi Frank, this is a post-war copy. Most likely a product of Warsaw based maker Panasiuk.

Hello everyone,
A question: Wikipedia said, Virtuti Militari haven't awarded since 1989. Only reissued for some old soldiers. But I found some VM (sold) marked that it was produced after 1992. Can I get some information about it or get one?
Best wishes
Hello XepherXV,
Many thanks for your post and may I welcome you to the Forum, the 3rd Republic has introduced the Virtuti Militari which now has the third class (Knights Cross) with black enamel both on the obverse and reverse of the cross. These I have seen from time to time on Allegro and Ebay.
Unfortunately it is not my area of interest the 3rd Republic's awards, hopefully one of the other Forum members will be able to provide information for you.
Once again Welcome
Best wishes
Andrzej
Thank you very much, Andrzej! Wish you have a nice day.
Enlightening thread. Thanks for all the great information. Unfortunately it proved that a VM I have had for nearly two decades is a reproduction, which could explain why it was so affordable!
