    Greetings,

I especially like the bullion cap eagle also. Have not seen a nice one like that before. These items would look very nice framed together like some of the other ones that we have seen.

Here are a couple of photos of the dispatch helmet as promised.

    Hello,
Here is the batttledress of a First Class from of the supply company. It is complete with black left shouler, ranks, patch collars, titles POLAND, divisional arm insignia (tailor made), breast badge, rubans of medals. The colar is retailed and opened (that's a best battledress).

    Hi Ze-Pole,

I am slowly working through a book that I got the other day on the supply companies and the gentleman who got the France and Germany star that you posted the paperwork for is in it as a member of the 11th supply company. Also thanks for the photo of the battle dress blouse. If you require any info that I can supply from the book just say,

    Cheers,

    Colin

    Hi All,

I'am a bit mixed up as to what the polish rank Plutonowy is in the British rank system. I have seen both lance sergeant and the American master corporal stated on the internet. On my grandfathers British issued paperwork it states sergeant as the rank but his polish paperwork states Plutonowy. Which is the correct one as a polish sergeant doesn't have 3 strips

    Cheers,

    Colin

    Greetings,

I believe that a plutonowy is the equivalent of a British lance sergeant. It would be someone commanding a platoon.
