I do not remember this Para Badge being discussed. I spoke to Our Resident Para badge expert RSunday about it the other day. It appears that the last digit, the 0 was added later, that initially this was a unissued Kirkwood from the Cichociemny Badge allocations. Also the wreath : it looks like the numbers are added to it.
